About the Role

We are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin-English preferred) Account Associate Intern to support our consulting team in delivering strategic and operational solutions for our Asia-based biotech/CRO clients. This position is ideal for a motivated student or recent graduate interested in life sciences, engineering, business, or international collaboration in healthcare innovation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

- Assist with client onboarding, communication, and project coordination across scientific and regulatory teams 

- Translate materials between English and native Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) as needed 

- Help draft project deliverables and maintain internal tracking systems 

- Support business development by researching client needs and solution fit 

- Participate in client meetings, with opportunities for increasing responsibility over time 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret scientific or technical data for strategic insights 

- Assist in documenting workflows involving R&D, product development, or technology transfer 

- Contribute to internal documentation and cross-functional collaboration 

 

Qualifications 

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, data science, international relations, or a related field 

- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) preferred 

- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills 

- Interest in biotech, medtech, healthcare consulting, or innovation-driven industries 

- Experience with data analysis tools, prototyping, engineering design, or product development is a plus 

- Previous internship or project experience in biotech, R&D, or international technology transfer is a bonus 

 

Compensation 

- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

 

Work Authorization 

Applicants must demonstrate authorization to work in the United States. F-1 students with valid OPT are welcome to apply. 

H-1B sponsorship may be considered for high-performing candidates in alignment with the 2026 H-1B fiscal year cycle.
